1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting the questionnaire or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

2. Service Description

• We prepare customized concept floor plans using the plot and lifestyle requirements supplied by the customer.
• The exact deliverables, price and revision allowance are those displayed for the selected package at checkout.
• Unless expressly stated, the service does not include site measurement, structural design, MEP drawings, working drawings, authority approval, cost estimation or construction supervision.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate plot dimensions, orientation, road position, local constraints and contact details.
• Review all questionnaire answers and the selected package before payment.
• Keep the submitted WhatsApp number active and respond promptly if clarification is requested.
• Before construction, have every concept independently checked and converted into compliant working/structural drawings by locally licensed professionals.

4. Payment & Order Confirmation

Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed through a third-party payment gateway. An order is accepted only after successful payment confirmation. We may pause or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, pricing error, unsupported requirements or incomplete information; any applicable refund will follow our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

We normally deliver the customized plan to the WhatsApp number submitted with the order within 24 hours after successful payment and receipt of complete requirements. Missing information, customer-requested changes or circumstances beyond reasonable control may extend the timeline. Digital delivery is considered completed when sent to the provided WhatsApp number or email address.

6. Revisions

Only revisions expressly included in the purchased package are complimentary. A revision adjusts the delivered concept within the original plot and requirements; it does not include a new plot, new direction, major scope change or a completely new brief. Additional work may require a separate fee.

7. Architectural Disclaimer

• Plans are preliminary visual concepts prepared from customer-provided information.
• They do not guarantee dimensional, structural, Vastu, regulatory or site-condition accuracy.
• Local setbacks, development rules, fire safety, accessibility, soil, structure and services vary by location and must be verified by qualified professionals.
• Do not begin construction or seek statutory approval using the delivered concept alone.

8. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

After full payment, the customer may use the delivered design for personal planning of the stated project. NakshaAI retains ownership of its templates, methods, website, branding and pre-existing materials. You may not resell, sublicense, publish as your own service or commercially redistribute our deliverables without written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing content, interfere with checkout, copy the service at scale, or use our plans in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NakshaAI is not responsible for construction decisions, authority rejection, site variation, structural failure, contractor error or indirect/consequential loss arising from use of a concept plan without professional verification. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for reasonable delay caused by events beyond our control, including major internet or payment-network outages, natural events, government action or widespread service disruption. We will resume service as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first try to resolve concerns through customer support. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts at [CITY, STATE] will have jurisdiction.
